Placing an order
What payment options are available?
Currently, bank transfer is the only payment option we offer. You can transfer the amount to the following account: NL35 INGB 0101 9698 64, payable to Y. Kroakaew.
After completing your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number and our payment information. Please include this order number in the description when transferring the amount.
How long does it take before you receive my payment?
If you transfer the amount from a Dutch bank account, we usually receive your payment the same day.
If you're paying from a foreign bank account, it can sometimes take a few days for the amount to appear in our account.
Did you forget to include your order number in your transfer?
By stating your order number in the description of your transfer, we can link your payment to your order.
Did you forget to include your order number in your bank transfer? No problem! However, you must send us a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please include your order number and the account number from which you paid. This way, we can reliably link your payment to your order.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?
After placing your order, an order confirmation should automatically be sent to the email address you provided. If you haven't received an order confirmation within a few hours of placing your order (even if it's in your spam folder), something has gone wrong. Please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Can I place an order by phone?
No, unfortunately that's not possible. We operate exclusively online. We're a small, fledgling online store and operate in addition to our regular jobs. Therefore, we're often unavailable during office hours.

Can I order from abroad?
No, we currently only ship within the Netherlands. We may offer the option of shipping kratom to other European countries where it's legal in the future.
Product out of stock?
We always strive to maintain sufficient stock. Should a product nevertheless be sold out, it will usually be available again within a few days. Would you like an estimate of when a product will be back in stock? Feel free to contact us! You can use the contact form at the bottom of this page.

What shipping options are available?
Depending on the weight of your order, it can be sent as a regular letter (up to 50 grams) or as a letterbox package.
Shipping as a letterbox package is always possible. This means your order will be shipped with a track and trace code, allowing you to track its location at any time. Large orders (over 50 grams) can only be shipped as a letterbox package. Orders over €30 are always shipped free of charge as a letterbox package.
Orders up to 50 grams can also be sent as regular mail. This means shipping in a stamped envelope. This saves you money on shipping, but your order will not be shipped with track and trace.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes, the outside of the envelope doesn't show that it contains kratom. Our webshop's name isn't listed there either.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This way, you'll know your order is on its way. If your order was shipped as a letterbox package, you will also receive a track & trace code to check the status and estimated delivery time.
What should I do if I haven't received a shipping confirmation?
You'll receive a confirmation of receipt after your order has been shipped, not immediately after payment. In most cases, orders are shipped within one business day of receipt of payment. We try not to let this take more than two days.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within two business days of payment, please check your spam or junk mail first. If not, please contact us using our contact form. Please include your order number.
Did you enter an incorrect address?
If you find you provided an incorrect address when ordering, it can usually be corrected as long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation. In that case, please contact us immediately using the contact form at the bottom of this page! Please include both your order number and the correct address in your message. We may then be able to correct the address before your order ships.
If you've already received a shipping confirmation, your address can no longer be changed. If your order was shipped as a letterbox package, you can use the track and trace code to have it diverted to a service point near you. This way, you can be sure your package will reach you.
If your order was sent by letter without a track and trace code, your best option is to try to find out where your order might have been delivered and inquire about it. Without a track and trace code, the location cannot be determined, and unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this.
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, we will notify you and ship the order to the correct address.
What is the delivery time?
We strive to ship orders within two business days of receiving payment. However, most orders are shipped within one day of receipt. We ship these with PostNL. PostNL delivers Tuesday through Saturday, usually within 24 hours. You will therefore likely receive your order within two business days of payment, and no later than four business days.
If your order was shipped with track & trace, you can use this code to check the expected delivery date and time once it has been scanned at the carrier's sorting center.
Order not received?
Should your order have been delivered already, but you haven't received it? If your order was shipped with a track & trace code, you can use it to track its status. If the track & trace code indicates the order has been delivered but you haven't received anything, it might have been left with your neighbors. The address in question should be visible in your order status.
If the track & trace code indicates it was delivered to your own address, but you're certain this isn't the case, it's also advisable to check with your neighbors. Experience shows that sometimes the package isn't correctly registered as having been delivered to a different address.

Was your order shipped without track & trace? In that case, it's impossible to determine the location of your package. A delay of a few business days is always possible, for example, due to busy delivery services. If your order is delayed by more than a few business days, we recommend asking your neighbors if the order was delivered to them. If not, it's unfortunately impossible to determine the location of your order without track & trace.
Cancellation and returns
Can I cancel my order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To do so, please send a message via our contact form, including at least your name and order number. Your order will then be canceled, and we will refund your money to the account from which you paid as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns are still possible in many cases. You can read more about this in the next section.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The only condition is that the packaging is unopened and undamaged.
You must register a return using the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please include your order number (required) and, if applicable, the reason for the return (optional, but appreciated).
Damaged product?
You should always receive our products in good condition. If this isn't the case, please contact us so we can work with you to find a suitable solution. You can do this using the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please include photos that clearly show how your order reached you.
Dissatisfied with the kratom?
If you believe the kratom powder is in poor condition, please describe this as clearly as possible. If you believe this is visible on the powder, please also send a photo. You can do this using the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
Other questions
How long does kratom last?
Kratom powder has a shelf life of years in unopened packaging. An opened package must be stored under certain conditions to ensure its quality is maintained. First, ensure the powder remains dry. High humidity can also be harmful. Long-term exposure to air can cause the active compounds to slowly degrade and become less potent. The same applies to sunlight, as UV radiation can also cause the active compounds to break down. Therefore, store the kratom powder in an airtight container in a dark place. Because our kratom powder comes in resealable packaging, this is relatively easy to do.
Is kratom legal?
The sale, possession, and use of kratom are legal in the Netherlands. Kratom falls within a legal gray area in the Netherlands. It is not on the EU list of approved foods and food ingredients, as described in European Regulation (EC) No. 258/97. Therefore, kratom is not approved for human consumption. It may also not be sold as a natural medicinal product because it is not considered scientifically proven that kratom can be used for medicinal purposes. At the same time, kratom is not listed under the Opium Act. This means that its sale and use are completely legal.
